Sunday the 28th

So I have been putting off writing anything new for so long for lack for ‘good material.’ Whatever came to mind was either too negative to put in public view or just plain silly. But now I have realized that I’m never going to get any writing done if I keep waiting for that great bolt of lightning. So I figured, I’ll just write whatever I felt like writing about. You know, like a blog. Damn.

Went to the movies today and watched Avengers: Endgame. For someone who’s not into comics and can’t pretend to know the entire backstory to each of these superheroes, I was mighty impressed with the immenseness of it all. It must feel like a day of great triumph for the true comics fans. Good for them.

Finished four books in two weeks. Mmm, that to me is a tasty achievement. I have a personal little book challenge going on. You know, I think I’m getting wiser everyday reading the books. No, really! Okay, maybe just a little.

Started watching Our Planet on Netflix. There’s a bird in it that moonwalks on a tree branch to impress a female. And there is also a scene where a ginormous glacier breaks through the surface and cracks into many pieces. There is no simpler definition of global warming. Sadly, there’s nothing anyone’s going to do about it. Enjoy it while it lasts, folks.

That’s about all I can think of right now. Oh, and Arsenal lost again. Third time in a week. Beautiful stuff.

Till next week!
